The Oxford Dictionary defines “disabled” as an adjective describing someone “having a physical or mental condition that limits movements, senses, or activities”.
We interpret this to mean that in one way or another everyone has a disability; that a disability could be ANYTHING that prevents or limits us from reaching our full potential.
We should all be in pursuit of our best and are pre-wired for greatness. Embedded in our DNA is a Super Ability, one that makes us exceptional, gives us purpose and makes us happy. This applies to everyone, but we are not born with a user guide to help us navigate, so we too often become the products of circumstance, environment and societal expectations.
The people that are labeled as having a disability are actually the exceptional because they have found and embraced their Super Ability.
Everyday Warrior is inspired and powered by Super Abilities.
